Crescent Capital Group: Thomas worked in the Mezzanine Group where he analyzed privately negotiated mezzanine debt investments with equity participation in take-private, divestiture, refinancing, follow-on acquisition and restructuring transactions.

UBS Investment Bank: As a member of the firm’s Financial Sponsor, Leveraged Finance & Restructuring Group, Thomas worked on debt financing transactions and providing restructuring advisory services for corporate and private equity clients across a variety of industries.
