J.W. Childs Associates, LP: Kevin worked in the Private Equity Group where he analyzed new acquisition opportunities and worked closely with senior management of six portfolio companies to ensure operational performance as well as assist in execution of follow-on acquisitions, divestitures, refinancing, restructurings and amendments, and monetizations.

Credit Suisse Securities, LLC: As a member of the health care group, Kevin worked on M&A advisory, debt and equity financing transactions, including the $6.3 billion take-private of Manor Care, Inc. and the $113 million IPO of Nanosphere, Inc.
