Select Prior Experience:

YuniNetworks: Kay was co-founder and CEO of a technology company which she sold successfully to Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC) returning over 30x return to its investors. She joined AMCC’s business development team, where she evaluated investment opportunities, established venture capital investment process and criteria, and served as a key member of a merger team that acquired a $4.3 billion technology company.

Goldman, Sachs & Co.: As an investment banker, Kay worked with leading U.S. industrial clients, providing services that included mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, follow-on offerings, debt financings, share repurchases and hybrid equities. Kay was with Goldman Sachs from 1990 to 1999.
