Select Prior Experience:

UBS Investment Bank: Jay worked in the M&A Group where he focused on health care and worked on the $8.8 billion Takeda acquisition of Millennium Pharmaceuticals, the sale of Guilford Pharmaceuticals to MGI Pharma, as well as a number of other multi-billion dollar mergers.  During his time there, he spearheaded due diligence efforts for a number of successfully completed mergers, which included working with company CFOs to help them build out their financial models in preparation for deals.

Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in economics and East Asian languages and cultures, Columbia University
