Select Prior Experience:

Deutsche Bank: Jeff began his career as an analyst in the Health Care Investment Banking group at Deutsche Bank. He was a key team member on several significant transactions, including Stiefel Laboratories’ $500M minority stake sale to The Blackstone Group and Endo Pharmaceuticals’ $380M convertible notes offering. At Deutsche Bank, Jeff had extensive experience working with corporate management teams in both financial due diligence and the development of operating budgets, while also serving on a committee responsible for developing standardized templates and best practices throughout the firm.
