Select Prior Experience:

Jll Partners: As a principal, Jay focused on health care and was responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation, execution and post-investment monitoring.  

Goldman, Sachs & Co.: As vice president, Jay was involved in all aspects of equity investment for a variety of companies. Earlier at Goldman, Jay worked as an associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group, where he was part of an advisory team that provided corporate finance and M&A services to clients in the health care sector.
