Parthenon Capital: Controller / Assistant Controller.  Parthenon is a San Francisco and Boston based private equity investment firm where Jacqueline managed the quarterly and annual tax and financial accounting and reporting for eight direct investment funds and five general partner entities, including complex carry waterfall allocations and quarterly and annual fund performance metrics.

Rothstein Kass: Senior II / Senior I.  Rothstein Kass is a national public accounting firm where Jacqueline specialized in audits, tax reporting and compliance for private investment funds and their advisors.  Jacqueline was the lead senior and main client contact on all of her engagements and was responsible for supervising audit teams of up to six.  She also developed and oversaw the implementation of an in depth new associate training program.

PricewaterhouseCoopers: Senior Associate / Associate.  Jacqueline specialized in the audits of both public and private investment funds and their advisors where she received early promotion to Senior Associate.
