Health Evolution Partners Growth Fund

The Health Evolution Partners Growth Fund invests in rapidly growing commercial-stage companies. We make initial commitments of at least $20 million in profitable companies.  

Our specialized teams cover the major sectors of the health care industry. We invest in companies whose products, technologies, information tools and services are used in the following sectors:

• Facilities, including hospitals, nursing homes and other institutions
• Ambulatory, including physician groups, ancillary care centers, laboratories 
• Managed Care, including employee benefits, health plans, care management services
• Pharmaceutical, including discovery, drug development, trials
• Medical Products, including implants, products, manufacturing, distribution, diagnostic services
• Consumers, including retail products and services, self-management and wellness

In each of these sectors, our investment strategy is to: 

• Understand the shifts and trends in the market landscape
• Partner with strong management teams to enhance company growth 
• Use our network of industry leaders to accelerate product uptake 
• Plan successful exits that take advantage of market conditions 

Our investments take the form of expansion capital, recapitalizations, buyouts, spin-offs and other forms of equity financing. We will make minority or control investments, but always expect to have a close working relationship with management.
