Jefferies, Health Care Group: Carter completed over 30 transactions with companies spanning across all subsectors of health care. Transactional experience included M&A, restructuring, public equities, and high yield, bank and convertible debt issuance.  

Carter began his career at Robertson Stephens, and worked for SV Life Sciences and Healthways while attending business school.

Bachelor’s degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia 
MBA in Health Care Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
