Behrman Capital: As an Associate, Carl focused largely on investments within the Healthcare industry and participated in all aspects of the deal process including evaluation, structuring, financing and execution. Carl’s transaction experience includes leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations and add-on acquisitions.

Morgan Stanley: Carl began his career in the Technology Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley, where he worked on multiple M&A and leveraged buyout advisory engagements, primarily in the software and communications equipment sectors.
