Braden has served on public and private boards of heath care technology, health care services, technology and IT services companies as well as being a strategic advisor to health care, technology and investment firms.

Select Experience:

General Atlantic: While a partner and managing director of this global $13 billion private equity investment firm, Braden originated and ran the firm’s global health care practice; started the firm’s West Coast office; and was on the firm’s investment committee. During his 12 year tenure, the healthcare group successfully invested over $1 billion in investments in the U.S., Europe and India including Envoy Corporation, Eclipsys Corporation, Trinet Inc., Schaller Anderson, GWI AG, iSoft Group plc. and Jubilant Organosys.

Morgan Stanley & Co.: Braden was an investment banker in the mergers, acquisitions and restructuring department.
